內用空間不是很多位置, 可是店家熱絡細心招呼,很親切喔! Q彈的炒米苔目,帶著微微鐵板的焦香,夠味好吃。 現煮的湯圓,香菇蝦米爆香的氣味濃郁, 用料也很大方! 每一口,都吃得到幸福滿足的好滋味… 還有還有,蒸籠裡的超級大發糕, 秤斤賣,不是一個個計價, 咬下去每一口,都很Q彈帶勁,有別以往在一般市場與自家製作出的口感!厲害!!

有客家米食DIY 教學,但製作手法已經改良,很多都是半成品,揉一揉、包一包就結束了,比較難學習源頭從原料慢慢加工成成品的過程。空間非常非常狹小,只能容納五六個大人,不適合人多。

網上看到竹東這家有賣炒米苔目,專程跑一趟去試試。到達時已接近中午收攤,不知是不是這原因,店前沒什麼客人,難道是早一點才人多嗎?買了一份之後,迫不及待就到附近公園的椅凳上吃了起來。哇!味道真是好,尤其麵體不會粉粉的,真的很優。他家的炒米苔目,是在煎蚵仔煎的鐵盤上炒的,就像鐵板燒一樣,真聰明。如果是用鍋子中火炒,就過頭了,用小火在鐵板上溫炒,不黏鍋,就加些醬油及油蔥炒,裝碗時再勺一勺肉燥加上去,那鹹香滋味實在太客家了。我很奇怪!難道竹東人越來越沒人吃客家料理了嗎?是離自己越近的越沒人珍惜嗎?怎麼網上才寥寥數人評價,太出乎我意料之外了。我要呼諭饕客們,別看它沒什麼人評價,我極力推薦你們一定要來嚐嚐,實在是太客家,太美味了。我已將它列入我的口袋名單,這是真正的美食。針對它的炒米苔目,我給它5顆星94分評價。 最近又去買了一次,外帶後,我們就在車上吃起來了。很奇怪!這家為何評論人數這麼少?讓我很訝異,難道是我自己很另類嗎?不是主流庶民美食嗎?不解歸不解,再去吃,我仍是讚不絕口。這感覺就像我最近吃的新竹鷹王肉圓、斗六梅干豬腳飯、嘉義桃城三禾雞肉飯、楊記水餃..........一樣,驚為天人,都被我列為經典台灣美食之列,我相當推薦。

The taste is so homey. I'm weird! Could it be that less and less people in Zhudong eat Hakka food? Is it that the closer you are to yourself, the less cherished you are? How come there are only a few people commenting on the Internet, which is beyond my expectations. I would like to appeal to the gourmets, don't look at it has no reviews, I highly recommend you to come and try it, it is really Hakka and delicious. I've put it on my pocket list, it's a real treat. For its fried rice moss, I gave it a 94 out of 5 stars. I went to buy it again recently, and after taking it out, we ate it in the car. It's very strange! Why are there so few comments on this restaurant? I'm very surprised, am I very different? Isn't it mainstream food for the common people? This feels like the Hsinchu Eagle King Meatballs, Douliu Plum Dried Pork Knuckle Rice, Chiayi Taocheng Sanhe Chicken Rice, Yangji Dumplings that I have recently eaten... Listed on my list of classic Taiwanese food, I highly recommend it.
