懐舊的老味道
在記憶中
50年前商華街有家老王餃子館滷味小菜非常有名
當時年代對於外省藉開的小館非常少之又少
其中我還記得竹東國中旁儍瓜麵
下課後幾乎都會和同學們在那解饞
現在已不去向只能放在記憶中
高中北上就讀
西門町商圈是當時那個年代最火紅且是年輕人最愛逛的地方
像到樂聲 日新 國賓電影院看電影
我習慣性會買滷味
尤其是附上的酸菜更令我十指緊握慢慢的邊看電影
嘴裡邊吃著或許是因為懷念客家酸菜的記憶
而今天特別介紹這家滷味
一下子又讓我回到18歲時的青春年華
且口感 口味似乎沒有什麼改變
唯一改變的是歲月痕跡轉眼中年婦女了

豬耳朵是用秤重的方式計價，點餐時務必跟店家確認價錢。豬耳朵的口感是很有口感跟彈性，但是，店家切片切的很厚，導致吃起來有點硬，很難咬。味道有滷進去，吃起來也沒有不好的肉味，可惜滷味本身的味道普普，沒什麼亮眼的表現。

脆腸一份$60元，還蠻有咬勁的，味道也有滷進去，但是滷味的味道我們不喜歡。

酸菜還不錯吃，很有脆度，吃起來會有卡滋卡滋很脆的聲音那種。不會太酸，搭著滷味一起吃，有適度的提升了滷味好吃的程度。
