★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這是五指山，中指峯頂。五指山對著上坪溪谷及竹東。到峯頂可以由姆指山腰的竹林禪寺出發約1小時多到。往姆指前段是杉木林。這裡真是森林浴，登山健行好地方。提醒午後兩點後就不要上山，午後雲霧及易下雨，山路濕滑及天黑會危險。
This is Wuzhishan, the middle finger peak. Wuzhi Mountain faces Shangping Valley and Zhudong. The peak can be reached in more than an hour from the Bamboo Forest Zen Temple on the mountainside of Mushi Mountain. Towards the front is the fir forest. This is really a good place for a forest bath and hiking. Remind you not to go up the mountain after two o'clock in the afternoon. In the afternoon, the clouds and rain are prone to rain. The mountain road is slippery and dark.
