充滿客家特色商品 酸桔是竹東特有的水果,香氣濃郁、味道偏酸,不太適合鮮食,不過那份奔放明亮的酸香,用來做桔醬、香桔汁卻剛剛好。阿金姐工作坊採用公平貿易的方式,和小農契作安全生產的酸桔,並堅持手工製作、無添加,才能做出風味飽滿渾厚,無澀味,且滿溢桔子香氣的美味醬料。 本身為閩南人,婚後嫁作客家媳,人稱「阿金姐」的康阿金,原是位家庭主婦,喜歡洗手作羹湯,每天都下廚給一家子吃,除了台菜,婚後也跟著客家阿婆學習做客庄料理,手藝超群!自製的釀梅家中子女們從小吃到大,原本是自家食用,後來在自營的米店開始兼賣,量愈做愈大,於是乎…在農會的協助輔導下阿金姐跨出家裡廚房,成立小型加工室,持續擴大規模,迄今已發展成為中大型的質感手作加工品。 二代傳承 手作料理凝聚家人向心力 女兒巧嫻原在台中從事室內設計,自2006年回來幫忙,成為阿金姐的得力左右手,從小生長在醬油世家,從阿公即開始做日式手工醬油,至父親那輩始開店鋪賣米,母親自製的釀梅也會放在店內販售,自小到大耳濡目染,巧嫻對於加工製品並不陌生,「因為全家人都愛吃,媽媽就會做給大家吃,我們小孩都要一起幫忙做梅子,後來量越來越大於是就放在店裡賣,然後最後副業變成主業。」巧嫻笑著回憶。現在全家總動員,阿金姐的手作彷彿成為一股凝聚家族的力量,將家人之間緊緊相繫,任誰都未料到當初的家庭主婦阿金姐,閩南巧婦手作料理一舉贏得客家人的芳心,搖身成為家喻戶曉的廚娘。
