3.國稅局申報贈與稅、遺產稅、領取稅單。
4.電話通知委託人應納稅款繳稅及相關補證事項。
5.地政事務所送件及領回新所有權狀、整理相關交屋資料。
6.工作內容會因為事務所主要業務性質不同而有所差異。
 The content of the work mainly assists the agent in handling the affairs.
1. Fill in the land registration application form, including the contract, local tax or national tax return, general receipts and other documents (mostly use the software of the book, mostly computer typing).
2. The Tax Collection Office declares land value-added tax, deed tax, and receives relevant payment documents or supporting documents.
3. The State Administration of Taxation declares gift tax, inheritance tax, and tax collection.
4. Call the client to pay tax payment and related reissue matters.
5. The land administration office will send and retrieve the new ownership and sort out the relevant housing information.
6. The content of the work will vary depending on the nature of the main business of the firm.
