這家眼科藥膏還不錯,眼藥水尚可,醫生有耐心(可能是因為老了?),護士真的不怎麼樣,廁所還算乾淨,空間有點小.

This ophthalmological ointment is not bad, the eye drops are acceptable, the doctor is patient (maybe because of old age?), the nurse is really not good, the toilet is clean and the space is a bit small.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 眼睛非常不舒服，晚上9點整到診所掛號，護士說只營業到8點50，跟她表示眼睛真的很不舒服，且現場也已無其他病患，可是護士只回一句沒辦法喔！如此沒醫德的診所，可惜沒負分，不然一顆星都不想給。

She told her that the eyes were really uncomfortable and there were no other patients at the scene, but the nurse could only reply with one sentence. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日自己加帶小屁孩去看眼睛，陳醫生看診細心並貼心告知如何保養眼睛，護士及藥師的服務都很好，附近有付費停車場，走路5分鐘就到！
Today, I brought a little kid to see my eyes. Dr. Chen was attentive and told how to take care of my eyes. The services of nurses and pharmacists are very good. There is a paid parking lot nearby, and it takes 5 minutes to walk there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 竹東眼科診所不多，陳眼科診所在靠近火車站不起眼的地方人，離思夢樂很近，盡早掛號是避免人多被拒絕的好方法，有一次11:30就無法掛號了，因為排隊的人太多，且診所白天只到12點，當下我的確不太能接受，但看到前面排隊也就沒想太多了。
三個小孩都在這看過診，大兒子也在這配角膜塑型片，就服務來說有問必答，配塑型片教學也很有耐心，事後也有持續視力追蹤服務，我個人推薦這家。
如果太晚被拒絕掛號要體諒下，因為她們也有家庭也需要休息時間。
少給一顆心是因為沒有100分的服務，只有想辦法做到100分的服務，希望診所永遠保持這樣的心，服務大家。
