★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 點半筋半肉牛刀削麵，價格上不太親民，湯頭的味道非常客家口味，偏甜偏油所以只有淺嚐沒喝完，肉的部分感覺不太新鮮，不確定是存放不良還是烹調方式不宜，牛的腥羶味較濃郁，吃了有點反胃，但也因為很有牛味，很肯定是牛肉沒錯，裡面最滿意的是刀削麵，麵體非常Q彈，煮的很適中，不軟爛卻有嚼勁！
整體而言，喜歡客家口味的可以一試?算是可以吃飽份量多的店家
