The first floor is dedicated to the Lord of the Land, and the second floor is dedicated to the Ksitigarbha. In 1981 (in the 70s of the Republic of China), the Guanyin Hall was added to the left and the "King Palace" was changed to "Huichang Palace", which means "Huimin Changmao".
