護士態度差了點,但不是沒有原因,一堆人不會看櫃檯公告,一直問櫃檯護士,明明櫃檯前方都有寫,都沒在看,多少心理會不爽吧?我覺得醫生態度很好

廖醫師人真的很好又親切!護士小姐們真的很忙,大家就別在說他們沒耐心,我覺得她們算有耐心了,來診數量算竹東小兒科多了!因為小孩常感冒,就很常去看,有些沒耐心的客人還會兇護士,我覺得很冤枉!大家加油

帶小孩去看醫生,說什麼陰性證明才能進去,就說沒有人確診,在那邊狐疑什麼 在外面等也等超久,連掛號燈號都沒有動,請問一下別人知道現在是幾號嗎,別人時間就不是時間就對了!一進去,給醫生說狀況,還眼神飄,要聽不聽,也不給脫口罩看喉嚨,那請問一下,你開醫院是要幹嘛的?還說回家要把衣服換掉洗澡,這好像不是你該管的事吧?跟醫生說聲音沙啞,還說沒關係,那你開止痰止咳嗽幹嘛?跟護士說這要怎麼吃,還口氣差說看醫生怎麼跟你說的,我說沒有痰跟咳嗽,護士還口氣差說不然等咳嗽在喝嗎,那我就想問你們,難不成沒有發現癌症就先做化療嗎?這間小兒科真的是有史以來最爛的!隨便草草了事!各方面差到爆!

當有問題時詢問醫生似乎態度還不錯 但是4/23下午兩點半開始一堆人排隊打疫苗 不懂為什麼不發號碼或者確認施打人數 排了快一個小時的隊才說後面沒有可以打了 別人的時間不是時間就對了 覺得這種感覺不是很好

兩光診所 一開始進去護士測體溫 說我38度 我出門前和回家後怎麼測就是36點多 ,醫生更兩光 比你還怕死 一開始進去 坐下來就問我有沒有確診 有沒有快篩 ,我說我有快篩 一條線 一副臉就是說了也不信 那我說幹嘛?你問幹嘛?一點意義也沒有 , 然後就是說哪裡不舒服 我先開個藥就好! 沒有比較舒服 再來回診 ,根本就是敷衍敷衍你 我說我好像是過敏性鼻竇炎 然後醫生就拿聽診器 聽了聽 説“應該”只是發炎? 哈嘍 你是醫生耶 喉嚨 鼻子也不看? 隨便開症狀藥就像亂槍打鳥 , 還說有張貼疫情期間不看喉嚨 不看鼻子 ,但是你又貼了一堆醫療廣告紙 誰會去注意 掛號的時候護士應該先告知吧?? 我知道的話我就不會看診 感覺就是騙健保費的 病毒存在多久他就要騙多久 難怪健保局快垮了就是一堆這種診所
