★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 對於試香的態度很差，也介紹不出什麼，只會說一些「這款很棒唷、這款也很好」之類的把顧客當傻子敷衍。
還不如老實說「我們很忙，而且不懂香水，這裡比較適合直接買，麻煩你去隔壁SOGO試完再過來」，反而讓人比較舒服！
試香本來就很麻煩，不提供試香，顧客也能理解，不要讓人試了之後又一副「快滾好嗎，老娘很忙」的表情，無法提供相對的服務，就不要開放。
