1、耳朵沒清洗乾淨，回家一直抓，
2.耳朵莫名其妙有傷口，打去問，
員工的回答：帶去看醫生不就好了（一點都不知道哪裡錯，態度非常糟糕）

身體沒有任何異狀的送去洗澡，結果回來 多了一塊傷，
員工 說的話，讓我非常不接受
什麼叫 那邊死角沒攝影機，
17號 帶去給醫生看 才知道 有多嚴重，
員工的回答，只是推卸責任，讓我非常生氣不滿，
客人要的只是答案（為什麼，事情的
