★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 價格不透明，大同代辦事很多都辦不好，還得自己跑一趟公所，親人離世照片自己去相館洗，而大同提供的相框很粗糙，骨灰罈我們自己準備，至於訃文日期都可以印錯，還得我們家人去新竹找影印店印，最後一天火化出殯，喊錯離世家人名字，釘棺木釘子甚至沒帶齊，大同承包人員與底下員工態度散漫，說好該燒的東西沒燒。
這麼糟糕，價格還收九萬，到底為什麼還能繼續營業?

The photo frames provided by Datong are very rough. We prepare the ashes by ourselves. As for the obituary dates, we can print them. Wrong, my family had to go to Hsinchu to find a photocopying shop for printing. The funeral was cremated on the last day, and the names of the deceased family members were called wrong. The coffins and nails were not even brought together. The contractors and employees in Datong had a loose attitude, saying that the things that should be burned were not burned.
It's so bad, and the price is still 90,000 yuan. Why can we continue to operate?
