★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 首次去看診時，治療師會請你去配合的診所找醫生開照會單，下次來要交給他們，要自己去別的地方也可以，但是我是覺得方便即可，反正目的是要給治療師看，因為現在物理治療跟醫生檢查算是分開的，沒辦法，國家健保跟醫療制度是這樣。診察階段就是治療師一定會問你疼痛處，然後要你做一些姿勢或動作好讓他判斷是哪裡出問題，治療師會依情況幫你做神經、肌肉放鬆，然後再讓你試試看哪裡痛，最後治療師會請你回家自己要做一些鍛鍊或是放鬆動作，自己是覺得長期疼痛不可能一次就治療完畢。然後我推柯治療師仔細問診有耐心！
