呂醫師說詞反覆，答非所問，姿態高傲，無禮敷衍，不專業，不可信！
客氣的當場反映問題，再次收到前後矛盾，，明顯地諉過敷衍。不會再浪費寶貴的時間和花得不值得的金錢了，只讓飼主和寵物白白受苦。
Very bad experience a few times, the clinic is not friendly to the owner and our precious pets.
Physician Lu repeated his remarks, answered irrelevant questions, was arrogant, rude and perfunctory, unprofessional and unreliable!
He politely reported the problem on the spot, and received inconsistencies again, obviously blaming it perfunctorily. No more wasting precious time and money that is not worth it, leaving owners and pets to suffer in vain.

但是櫃檯的護理師感覺比較沒那麼細心，針筒掉到地上直接放回藥袋，但我們提醒後就有換新的。
收費比常看的其他家診所高一些?
