It has 2 ways up, one with a lot of steps and one that follows along the road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small pavilion at the hilltop with altitude 705 m. There is a small observatory in the front providing panoramic view of the city. This place can be reached by car through the slope at one side, but it is more recommended to go by walk from the other side through stairs and track. One can take a break here and enjoy the view after walking the steep way to conquer this hill!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hiltop offers fantastic view, on nearby cities (Zhudong and Hengshan, but it's easy to see Beipu, Zhubei, Hsinchu, Hsinchu Science park). The view on the Touqian river (even if quite dry) is interesting and on some lucky days, you can see up to Taipei Yangmingshan mountains. It's recommanded to hike from LeShanTang by the trail "DaciDong old trail". It's a bit steep but nice. You can also get there directly by car or scooter but road is narrow. At last, there is a trail, just on the left side of the platform. It's very steep, not frequented, and it ends at the YingYue camping ground, which is not interesting except if you stay at that place.
