〔記者蔡彰盛／新竹報導〕新竹縣橫山鄉嵩益砂石場王姓負責人涉嫌假藉經營砂石場為名，實則違法佔用公、私有土地，擅自變更土地用途，棄置污泥，非法掩埋廢玻璃纖維粉，犯罪所得估計超過2億4千萬元，然需11億元才能回復原狀，新竹地檢署今偵查終結，依違反廢棄物清理法等罪嫌將王男等13名涉案人提起公訴，並對王男具體求刑8年、併科罰金8千萬元。
