馬告香腸油脂比例算很少，在家用煎的料理卻沒出油太多，吃起來馬告味真的有比烏來與石碇還重喔。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 就在大馬路邊，好停車。馬告蛋不錯，香氣足。香腸的部分，對我來說太甜了。不合胃口，個人比較喜歡偏鹹的馬告香腸。
Right on the side of the road, good parking. The egg is good, and the aroma is full. The sausage part, too sweet for me. Not to my taste, I personally prefer the salty Ma Jiao sausage.
