份量適中,大食怪需要自己加量。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022年元旦早上10點,從台中上高速公路北上往新竹,上來後一路順暢,然後在新竹轉國3,從竹東交流道下去,經內灣往尖石鄉前進,這一路僅在內灣有點小塞,但也很快通過,內灣過後3公里處,在預定時間1點整,便抵達『媽媽的店』。
往年在連假時經過此地,總因為此地太靠近內灣,有太多車流及人流,再加上沒停車位,所以從沒想過會在此地停留,但今天是連假第二天,沿途交通一路通暢,讓我覺得這邊路況應該還可以,於是就提前訂了這間原住民風味餐廳。
久聞這裡的招牌菜;『火烤活泉水台灣鯛』非常好吃 ,於是在訂位時就順便訂了(因為烤魚要40分鐘),所以我們一到,在點完餐後,這隻烤魚馬上就端上來,我們小心翼翼將裹著厚鹽的魚皮脫下來,然後一股白色水氣便微微升起,裡面的魚肉呈雪白透嫩狀,非常賞心悅目,連忙挾一口送入口中,鮮甜軟嫩滋味,立即挑動眾人味蕾神經,於是4人馬上一陣搶食,很快的只剩下一副魚骨,這隻大概是我征戰各魚池所吃過的烤魚中,鮮美滋味絕對排名在前三名。
此外,我們還點了刺蔥蛋、招牌酒鬼菜、荀干豬腳,也都非常好下飯,原住民的風味餐廳中,第一次吃到這麼好吃又少油膩的店家,最後端上來的招牌酸辣湯,真的是功夫菜,酸而不嗆、辣而不鹹,湯頭濃郁芳香,用料非常多,一入嘴便有多重口感,真是非常難得的湯頭!
今天是元旦,一早天氣便非常晴朗,沿途風光明媚又順暢,讓人心情非常愉悅,而這第一餐外食,更讓我垂涎吮指難忘,在告別了疫情恐慌的2021年,新年伊始,我以今日迎來的種種好運,迴向網路上的眾鄉民,祝福各位新年新氣象,萬事如意,心想事成,闔家健康順心...

It was always too close to the inner bay, there was too much traffic and people, and there was no parking space, so I never thought I would stay here, but today is the second day of consecutive holidays, along the way The traffic is smooth all the way, so I think the road conditions here should be okay, so I booked this aboriginal restaurant in advance.
I have heard about the signature dishes here; "Fire Grilled Taiwanese Sea Bream" is very delicious, so I ordered it when I made a reservation (because it takes 40 minutes to grill the fish), so as soon as we arrived, after ordering the meal, this one The grilled fish was served right away. We carefully took off the thick salted fish skin, and then a white water vapor rose slightly. The fish inside was white and tender, very pleasing to the eye, and quickly took a bite into the mouth. The sweet, soft and tender taste immediately stirred the nerves of everyone’s taste buds, so 4 people immediately rushed for food, and soon there was only a pair of fish bones left. This is probably the grilled fish I have eaten in various fish ponds. The taste is absolutely delicious. Ranked in the top three.
In addition, we also ordered scallion eggs, signature drunkard dishes, and dried pork knuckles. They were all very good for dinner. In the aboriginal restaurant, it was the first time to eat such a delicious and less greasy restaurant, and the last one was served. The signature hot and sour soup is really a Kung Fu dish. It is sour but not choking, spicy but not salty. The soup is rich and fragrant. It uses a lot of ingredients and has multiple tastes as soon as you enter the mouth. It is a very rare soup!
Today is New Year's Day, the weather is very sunny early in the morning, the wind is bright and smooth along the way, which makes people feel very happy. 本人是不會再來這間店用餐
我們點了以下餐點
1.馬告烤雞:一隻全雞要價950就算了,重點是很難吃,烤的又乾又柴,我第一次吃烤雞吃到烤雞滯銷
2.酥炸苦花魚:一份也是將近快500塊,沒幾條魚,也是炸的有夠乾(難吃⋯)完全打破我吃過的鮮甜苦花魚印象
3.炒高麗菜:中規中矩
4.炸山苦瓜小魚鹹蛋:這道菜等超~極久,我們都已經吃完要離開了才上菜,沒有什麼鹹蛋味,炸山苦瓜裹的粉也太厚,把粉皮撥掉勉強可以吃
5.剝皮辣椒雞湯:一份800還850,雞湯味道還算清,用的是烏骨雞,但是真的沒什麼剝皮辣椒的味道。胡蘿蔔似乎是沒有削皮(照片有附上)
6.鹽烤山豬肉:搭配桔醬,邊邊也是烤的過乾,完全咬不動
7.馬告香腸炒飯:尚可
8.炒飯(忘記名字了):尚可,但好像吃不出的的菜名感
以上,CP值極低,大概是我吃不懂這個風味料理吧。菜單上都沒有價錢,大家小心去被當盤子
雖說馬告是當地名產,但每道菜都加入了馬告⋯似乎是有點過了
優點:還蠻好停車的
