For the perfect soup, you might as well come here for the sturgeon meal. The price is reasonable, the environment is clean, the service is good, and the meals are delicious. We ordered the table food and ate very satisfied, and hope to continue.

泡完湯屋下來剛好試試在此用餐。
我們點的是日式鱘龍魚雙人套餐。因為有泡湯，所以點餐有打折。
* 小菜和刺蔥雞湯：還不錯，但打開湯蓋卻發現一根頭髮
* 龍衣手卷：海苔有點軟，送上時已經不脆
* 鱘龍魚壽喜燒：鱘龍魚沒什麼甜味
*炙燒鱘龍魚握壽司：醋飯過酸，且鬆散不好夾
*烏龍麵：吃到一半發現一隻小飛蟲
*自助茶包
因為頭髮和小飛蟲問題，結帳時又幫我們減少$49，所以餐費從$999變成$950
其實多一顆星是要給危機處理超棒的外場女工作人員。
我們以後應該還是會單純在此泡湯，而不選擇用餐。

After soaking in the soup house, I just tried to dine here.
We ordered the Japanese Sturgeon Arowana set for two. Because of the soup, there is a discount for ordering.
* Chicken soup with side dishes and shallots: not bad, but opened the soup lid and found a hair
* Dragon Clothes Hand Roll: The seaweed is a little soft, and it is not crispy when delivered
* Arowana Sukiyaki: Arowana is not sweet
*Boiled sturgeon arowana nigiri: the vinegared rice is too sour and loose and not easy to clip
*Udon noodles: found a small flying insect halfway through eating
* Self-service tea bags
Because of the hair and bugs, we took another $49 off at checkout, so the meal cost changed from $999 to $950
In fact, one more star is for the outfield female staff who are excellent in crisis management.
We should still simply soak in the soup in the future instead of choosing to eat.
