Disappointing reservation line

This reservation system really needs improvement!

We live in a 1F 4-person room with a soft mattress, a thin quilt and a thick quilt to prevent the cold temperature difference between the day and night in the mountain. The weather is good at night and the stargazing is beautiful.

In February 2022/02, stay in a double room on the second floor: Indoor equipment: standard single bed x2, single pillow x2 (pillows are non-stereotyped pillows...flat, single quilts are provided...not very warm, mattresses are hard), a total of 3 sockets in the room , No bathroom (outdoor shared shower room and toilet), no refrigerator, no heating and cooling, no TV, no wifi There are electric kettle x1, paper cups, bottled mineral water x2 (you can also bring your own water cups (bottles) to the water supply station where you need to walk for about 5 minutes to fill in water "only hot water is provided"), and there are hair dryers (long-term pressure type), There are large bath towels (no small towels), no bath and toiletries (toothpaste, toothbrush, shower gel, shampoo need to bring your own) The accommodation room is a wooden cubicle ... poor sound insulation (Passengers staying next door can hear the chatting, snoring, entering and exiting the door, or the crying and barking of the children living next door!) Staying for two consecutive days, no change of towels and garbage collection in the room in the morning... There is breakfast in the accommodation. The accommodation starts at 6:30 in the morning. There are simple Chinese porridge, meat floss + four kinds of side dishes, Western toast, and coffee. Half of the serving plate is empty, there is no food to eat! And the coffee is out...I waited until 7:20 to start replenishing the dishes one after another... The speed of replenishing the dishes is very slow!!!) There are supply stations in the tribe, which sell instant noodles, biscuits, and drinks (the price is high) The above is for reference.
