★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 養老山，標高2260公尺，三等三角點No.6276，位於新竹縣尖石鄉養老部落南方，腹地不大，山頂樹林中無展望。
山名取自位於此山北方的養老部落（Yoro，族語原意是指穀倉的防鼠板）
 Old-age Mountain, with an elevation of 2260 meters and the third-class triangle point No. 6276, is located in the south of the Old-age Tribe in Jianshi Township, Hsinchu County. The hinterland is small and there is no prospect in the forest on the top of the mountain.
The name of the mountain is taken from the old-age tribe located in the north of the mountain (Yoro, the original meaning of the ethnic language refers to the rat-proof board of the barn)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 養老山，登山口來回2小時左右，但困難在於車程，各地來此朝聖，必須驅車5~6小時左右，並且要高底盤車輛，因為這裡後段有比郡大林道更爛的路。至於行程建議，安排2天1夜，才能盡興。
The pension road, the mountain pass back and forth about 2 hours, but the difficulty lies in the drive, all places to pilgrimage, must drive for 5 to 6 hours or so, and high chassis vehicles, because there is a worse road in the back section than the county Dalin Road. As for the itinerary proposal, arrange 2 days and 1 night to enjoy.

Ascend from the red water tower to the old mountain. The distance is short but the mountain path is steep. The road is thick and leafy and easy to walk. There are huge trees along the way.
