但是用餐環境空氣不太流通，重點是這些單純料理居然要等半小時才上齊，享受美食之前要有相當的覺悟才行。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在北埔老街搜尋午餐的店家，除了要找有賣粄條的店以外，因為來的時候天氣還是熱，所以，主要還是要有冷氣開放的店。最後選擇了“北埔水餃館”，店家不太會招呼客人，我們就自己主動去問，點了水餃、乾粄條跟滷味，水餃10顆60元、乾粄條也是60元，口味都還不錯，在水準之上，只是要價60元，有點偏貴，但是在這種旅遊地點，這個價格個人覺得是也不意外。

In the end, I chose "Beipu Dumpling House". The store didn’t know how to greet customers, so we took the initiative to ask. We ordered dumplings, dried dumplings and lo-mei. 10 dumplings were 60 yuan, and dried dumplings were also 60 yuan. The taste was all right. Yes, above the standard, the only asking price is 60 yuan, which is a bit expensive, but in such a tourist location, this price is not surprising personally.

湯米粉中規中矩，
水餃點了一盤十顆，有兩種口味，
水餃高麗菜和韭菜還不錯吃，
總體而言不會說不好吃，
就是普普通通！
