在北埔老街上的排隊小吃，我是在IG被燒到，來新竹就沖著他去的，不過有點失望就是了～～
?水晶餃一斤$130元/一顆$10元

他的皮是超厚的類型，非常Q會咬到嘴巴酸的那種，餡料較少，覺得吃起來普通，沒有人家分享的那麼厲害，皮是不錯但是太厚，如果薄一點可能會比較好！
這間是沒有很推，想嘗試的推薦先買一顆試試，符合口味在買多一點呦！

In the queue for snacks on Beipu Old Street, I was burned on IG. I went to Hsinchu when I came to Hsinchu, but I was a little disappointed~~

His skin is a super thick type, very Q will bite into the kind of sour mouth, less fillings, it feels normal to eat, not as powerful as others share, the skin is good but too thick, if it is thinner, it might be better. it is good!
This one is not very popular. If you want to try it, I recommend you buy one first, and buy more if it suits your taste!

就是很傳統的客家菜包，但是內餡都有變化。
買了三個顏色的菜包，覺得每種都還不錯吃啊～
綠（艾草）：傳統客家蘿蔔乾絲內餡，最喜歡的一款，鹹香度都恰好，皮有Q。
白：新鮮白蘿蔔絲內餡，簡單的胡椒香氣，很像平常愛吃的餡餅味道，家人都喜歡。
黃（應該是南瓜）：筍丁餡的，不苦，內餡脆脆的好吃！

I bought three color vegetable buns, and I think each of them is delicious~
Green (wormwood): Traditional Hakka radish shredded stuffing, the favorite one, the saltiness is just right, and the skin has Q.
Bai: Fresh shredded white radish stuffing, simple pepper aroma, very similar to the usual pie taste, the family likes it.
Huang (should be pumpkin): The bamboo shoots are stuffed, not bitter, and the stuffing is crispy and delicious!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 看到網路評價很低，來幫老闆說幾句公道話。第一次來光顧的時候買了蘿蔔糕，覺得是全台灣最好吃的蘿蔔糕，沒有之一。回家後好奇看一下評價，才知道大家對他的評價很差。第二次買了發糕，也覺得相當好吃，今天三度光顧買了南瓜饅頭，回家蒸來吃，家人都覺得好吃。至於網路評價不優的水晶餃我沒買過，網路反應老闆態度不好，我也沒有感覺到。今天本來要再度買蘿蔔糕，老闆說蘿蔔過季了，我好奇問滿街不都是白蘿蔔嗎？老闆耐心解釋那個是進口白蘿蔔，口感不同，他們為了控制品質所以停賣。老闆說明，本土白蘿蔔產季從八月到次年清明節，所以只能夠期待今年秋天再來北埔買魂牽夢縈的蘿蔔糕了。

北埔，一直以來都很推薦旅遊路過必吃老街。這次，帶著露營夥伴來到北埔，到處介紹美食品嚐，沒想到（未察）這裡評價只有2.5，購買黃金餃回家煮來吃。
一咬！如果只是吃很Q麵坨，那我承認它真的Q；但，裡面包的「餡」也未免 #太扯了！
實在讓人非常失望的店家！

Beipu has always been a must-eat old street for tourists passing by. This time, I brought camping partners to Beipu and introduced food tasting everywhere. I didn't expect (unchecked) that the evaluation here was only 2.5. I bought golden dumplings and cooked them at home.
One bite! If you only eat very Q noodles, then I admit that it is really Q; however, the "stuffing" in the bread is not immune #too ridiculous!
A really disappointing store!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 每次都會看看評價才會購買！這次想說以前曾經買過都不難吃！結果這次完全失算了！水晶餃的內餡偷減料減得很誇張，原本以為皮薄餡多，結果完全誤會了，外皮才是主角內餡根本就是不存在，根本就是在吃Q麵糰而已，一點都不老實的店家！以後不會再買了
