尤其牛肉板條部分，和傳統的紅燒很不相同，很有南洋風，增加了叻沙的味覺，或者有人說是潮汕口味，真的很不一樣，而且淡雅清香，又不死鹹，真的好吃。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 周二晚上夜騎台三北上，八點多在大部分店家都不想收客情況下就這間仍有營業。店家服務態度熱情店內環境也算整齊乾淨，服務員與老闆娘似乎是東南亞新住民，板條吃起來比較不會油膩，小菜入味份量十足跟入味，牛肉湯不騷也爽口。以後來北埔用餐會再來光顧！

整體環境還算可以，麵的份量非常足夠。
對了對了，如果你敢吃辣，在此一定要推薦他們自製辣椒油。
吃完後要離開前，馬上加買一瓶。
回家後不管是煮火鍋、煮湯、滷味，加一小湯匙味道馬上不一樣。
