老闆強調水餃餃是自製的。
 Although the store is inconspicuous, the location is not in the old street. However, the dried crystal dumplings are very good with hot sauce.
The boss emphasized that the dumplings were homemade.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 每次到北埔一定要來這兒，老闆很自豪自己手工自製的粄條與水晶餃，口感Q彈滑溜，非常推薦。
用完餐，一定會外帶粄條和水晶餃回家，可以先付款，輕鬆逛完北埔後，再來店裡取貨帶回家，但記得問老闆關門休息的時間。
Every time I come to Beipu, I must come here. The boss is very proud of his own homemade purlins and crystal dumplings. The taste is slippery and it is very recommended.
After using the meal, you will definitely take the clams and crystal dumplings home. You can pay first, then after you have finished shopping in Beipu, come back to the store to pick up the goods, but remember to ask the boss to close the door.

老闆娘很健談，用餐完畢後讓我們看老闆製作板條的過程與解說，又買了十片板條，隔天手做板條卷當早餐，還是很Q彈。
According to the owner’s hand-made slats, there are no other additives except rice water slurry, which is worth eating with peace of mind.
The proprietress was very talkative. After the meal, let us watch the process and explanation of the boss making slats. I bought another ten slats and hand-made slatted rolls for breakfast the next day.

Hand-made slats, safe to eat, handmade
Every time you visit Beipu Old Street, you must come and bring a catty of raw slats. It is good to cook soup or stir-fry "Dry Stir-fried Niuhe" when you go home.
