★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time ever visiting here (with schoolmates) despite driving by thousand times (on the roadside to Beipu). Anyway, it’s an excellent choice because this is an awesome place to explore good (excellent) teas. Apparently, this tea house has won Hsinchu oriental Beauty tea contest many times (I did not know it before). The owner, turns out, is the youngest brother of my father’s friend (lives in Emei as well). He was very nice to treat us with the best (top prize award) tea he has. In addition to Oriental Beauty tea, he also prepared some honey flavored black tea (which he had just made the day before). The black tea is so flavorful with honey taste, definitely the best black tea I ever had so far. Thus we ordered some honey flavored black tea to go.
I surely will come back to explore and enjoy more good teas in the future.
