#夢幻逸品-金三角 我這鄉下人愛吃生魚片。常聽生魚片裡面的極品-黑鮪魚toro,可媲美A5和牛。今天到了東港,終於長見識了。 凌晨花了2個小時做足功課,決定要到 東港華僑市場品嚐道地市場美味。一到目的地,彷彿函館朝市、大阪黑門市場的場景重現。沒有華麗的裝潢,就是實實在在的新鮮漁獲擺在各個攤位,任君挑選,現殺現嚐。 在台灣,以往吃生魚片的經驗,都是在日本料理店。印象中吃過最貴的,大概就是料理師傅切的少少幾片「黑鮪魚上腹」。今天新奇待在攤位旁,邊看師傅的切工,邊聊黑鮪魚的知識,才知道「上腹」還算是入門級,真正極品是「黑鮪魚金三角」!它是黑鮪魚全身上下不管是油花還是肉質都是最棒的部位,位置在黑鮪魚頭鰓下到上腹之間。今天就選了一塊$1500的金三角,切成9片上桌,平均一片不到$200,在台北高級日料店,這可是一片要價$500呢! 一入口就能感受到黑鮪魚的魚香味,肉質輕輕的化開完全不用咬,淡淡的油脂香在唇齒間流竄,隨即而來的甜美肉汁隨著唾液在口中流動。哈,吃過這味,才知道以前吃的 鮪魚生魚片大概是在什麼水平。 往後怕是回不去了….. 推薦: #阿河黑鮪魚生魚片專賣 #屏東縣東港鎮新生三路175號 32攤位 #東港漁會市場華僑市場旁

I arrived at Donggang today and finally got to know each other. In the early morning, I spent 2 hours doing my homework and decided to go to the Donggang Overseas Chinese Market to taste the authentic market delicacies. Once you arrive at the destination, the scenes of Hakodate morning market and Osaka Kuromon market reappear. There is no gorgeous decoration, just the real fresh catch is placed in each stall, you can choose, kill and taste now. In Taiwan, the previous experience of eating sashimi was at a Japanese restaurant. The most expensive thing I have ever eaten in my memory is probably a few slices of "black tuna upper belly" cut by the chef. Today, I stayed by the booth, watching the cutting work of the master and talking about the knowledge of black tuna, only then did I know that the "upper belly" is still entry-level, and the real best is the "Golden Triangle of Black Tuna"! It is the best part of the whole body of the black tuna, whether it is oily or succulent, and it is located between the head and the gills of the black tuna to the upper abdomen. Today, I chose a $1500 Golden Triangle, cut it into 9 pieces and served it on the table. The average piece is less than $200. In a high-end Japanese food store in Taipei, this piece is asking for $500! As soon as you enter the mouth, you can feel the fish flavor of black tuna.
