房子格局方正，真的很漂亮，採光也很好。
硬要說缺點的話，就是離捷運站太遠，生活機能還不夠完善。
這個建案以前叫別的名字，後來才改名玖都SWEET，不曉得改名的理由是甚麼，但會讓人誤以為是新建案?

The layout of the house is square, it is really beautiful, and the lighting is very good.
To say the shortcomings is that it is too far from the MRT station and the living functions are not perfect.
This case was previously called by another name, but it was later renamed Lidu SWEET. I don't know the reason for the name change, but it will make people mistake it as a new case?
