I	I-Cheng Yeh (貓咪老師) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第二次路過此店，上次因為無法內用就放棄了，這次很幸運店家還沒停內用，就進來吃吃看推薦的菜色。淮山魚麵聽起來就是有淮山的一道特色菜，店裡的這個淮山與魚的搭配並不常見，配料含有為數不少/鮮美的蛤蠣、木耳、青蔥、枸杞等湯頭非常鮮甜舒服，沒有額外/不自然的甘味。雖然魚肉的部分我沒有很喜歡（可能是鯰魚/巴沙魚…成本考量）但整體口味還不錯，有機會希望再試試看其它的料理。 Passing by this store for the second time, I gave up last time because I couldn't use it inside. This time I was lucky that the store hadn't stopped using it, so I came in and tried the recommended dishes. Huaishan fish noodles sounds like a special dish with Huaishan. The combination of Huaishan and fish in the store is not common. The ingredients contain a lot of/delicious clams, fungus, shallots, wolfberry and other soups. The soup is very sweet and comfortable. There is no Extra/unnatural sweetness. Although I don't like the fish part very much (maybe catfish/basa fish...cost considerations) but the overall taste is not bad, I hope to try other dishes when I have the chance.
