The underside of the pork chop feels soggy. It may be placed on a flat surface without draining after frying. The sauce is salty and the miso soup is delicious. 青海苔玉子燒因為有炸過，不是太習慣這種口感，也說不上來是好不好吃，但個人偏不愛。

勝博殿的位置很偏,得從第一期往第三期走去..非假日用餐的人不多,位置隨便坐.服務人員很客氣,送餐也快.我們點了里肌炸豬排及蔥花蘿蔔泥嫩雞排..另外一份炸乳酪條.老實說,餐點還可以,稱不上驚艷..附贈的豆腐味噌湯好喝,一共喝了兩碗.
The first time I came to Huatai Famous Brand City, I did a guide in advance and knew that there was Shengbo Hall, so let's have lunch here!
The location of Shengbo Hall is very remote, and you have to walk from the first phase to the third phase. There are not many people dining on non-holidays, and the seats are casual. The service staff are very polite and the food delivery is also fast. Chicken chops with scallions and radish.. Another piece of fried cheese sticks. To be honest, the meal is okay, not amazing. The tofu miso soup that comes with it is delicious, and I drank two bowls in total.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the fried pork set with miso soup and vegetables. Also tried the ginger fried pork with rice. Overall it's okay. Not the best Japanese style fried pork. You get free refill of rice and miso which made me give 4 stars instead of 3. The food took a bit long, waited close to 20 minutes.
