一直很想吃這家評價極好,好到很難訂位的無菜單鐵板燒!終於在一個月前成功訂到。個人覺得是一間很注重細節的餐廳,還沒有用餐,光是從餐廳內外的整體裝潢、餐具碗盤、服務生的穿著都看得出精緻的美感。 餐廳採預約制,用餐時段分為午餐的11:30 和晚餐17:30/19:30,訂位時需先選擇用餐的價位,分為980元及1380元的套餐,差別在於1380元的牛肉等級會升等為日本A5和牛,加價699元可單點整隻龍蝦。參考網路上大家的建議,我們兩人是各點一份980/1380的套餐,再單點一隻龍蝦,主廚會分為各半隻,個人覺得兩種肉都相當好吃!可以一起share ,且龍蝦半隻其實也足夠嚐到它的美味了,精打細算的小資族很推薦可以這樣點? 因為用餐是一個月前的事,就不詳細介紹每道菜了,但很值得推薦的是食材非常新鮮,口味上也很注重食材間的平衡。師傅在料理的時候不忘用心介紹烹調方式,也會適時詢問客人對於熟度、口味的喜好,特別喜歡看一道道的餐點擺盤,很有高級西餐廳的味道。 個人覺得在這裡用餐是視覺及味覺的雙重饗宴,以這個價位來說,環境氣氛好、服務細膩、餐點的美味程度都可以給到五顆星,非常推薦大家在這裡紀念重要節日或招待朋友,會有很棒的用餐體驗~ 最後貼心小提醒:餐廳只能付現,雖然網頁上有清楚載明。但因爲訂位是太久以前的事導致我完全忘記…最後結帳時措手不及只好讓壽星自己衝去提款?

幸運候補可以用餐,整體都滿意。因為我們是兩人,感覺是先到先選入座位置? 旁邊就是汽車停車場很方便。非常願意回購以及推薦有人來試試。不吃牛所以有更換部分食材,整體都很滿意,980跟1380只差別在主餐。前菜冷盤、烤麵包佐松露奶油醬、熱湯、烤鴨腿肉、松露蒸蛋、魚排、炊飯、海鮮(名字忘記?)、烤鴨腿肉(與前一道不同調味)吃牛的話這道會是烤牛肉堡排、加點的龍蝦、檸檬金桔醋飲?、主餐松阪豬好吃、很美味的甜點❤️

隱藏在卷弄內的鐵板燒料理,其實從開店後已經造訪六七次了,十分美味的鐵板燒。 料理每季都不太一樣,感覺的出廚師的用心。 海鮮新鮮(很多都是活體海鮮)之外,料理都有用心調味,且不會搶走主食材的味道。 一路吃下來幾乎沒有踩雷料理,值得給五星評價。 廚師跟服務員態度親切,讓人感覺的到餐廳的溫度。 店裡位子不多,要提前預約(不太好約)是比較麻煩的地方(也許一次服務的人不要太多才能維持好的用餐品質)

偶然訂到位 原本不抱持期待 實際用餐過後? 值得二訪 先說結論 以價格來說 用餐體驗與價格相符 停車也非常方便 但如果預期要吃粗飽的 應該就不符合期待 一般人飽足感是有的 但如果是學生 胃口較大的 的確可能會吃不飽 一個餐時兩個鐘頭 整體來說 有種吃精緻的法料感 食材不錯 每道料理就如照片的份量 相同的價格 中壢地區只推這家了 不是說捧上天的頂級美味 而是對得起價格的美味 值得推薦 高出我原本的期待?
