今日(2018年3月2日星期五)下午三點的歐吉桑藥師態度很差極度不耐煩,「完全不聽」別人說話,沒禮貌地一直打斷別人說話,如果您們有監視器畫面請調閱監視器看這歐吉桑有多不爽他的工作。脾氣再好跟這種人也無法溝通。 我不是去討債,更不是直銷推銷員,也不是乞丐。 是貴藥局給藥錯誤(計算錯誤),使得病人得浪費時間多跑一趟,從一進門到離開自始至終我都很客氣,這歐吉桑不僅沒道歉,還超級不尊重人。難怪台灣會有奧客,因為有些人就是欺善怕惡,我一踏進門就先說「您好,不好意思有件事要跟您反應⋯⋯⋯」。 其實根本不應該說「不好意思」,因為錯的是藥局,不是我!因為太客氣,反倒得到無禮貌對待。 我要說的話只有三句,一點機會都不給我。 第一:這是我第三次(輪)的藥,所以我很熟悉用量與次數。 第二:每日需服用三次的有四種藥,單項藥單上七天份為21顆。 第三:其中這兩項都少給我各一顆。 我都幫他歸類,因為時間寶貴,如果歐吉桑不要自以為是,可以省下不少時間。他根本狀況外,說的都是廢話。 下次要跟醫生說我不要去這間藥局拿藥了,區區幾顆藥都會算錯,兩種算錯。 人都會犯錯,所以我根本原本不在意也不生氣,進去前心情還超好,氣的是歐吉桑莫名奇妙的態度。人必自侮而後人侮之。 其他客觀事實: (1)算錯藥的人應該不是歐吉桑,因為我拿藥時沒看過他(謝天謝地),給我藥的是女生,當然也有可能對大眾臉的歐吉桑見過立刻從記憶刪除。但是就算不是歐吉桑犯的錯誤,憑什麼氣出在我身上? (2)這藥局還有其他藥師,有年輕男藥師,很和善、幽默、健談;女藥師也會有耐心地細心說明。 (3)建議若是沒得選擇需要去這間藥局拿藥的人,務必當場點清楚,算錯的機率很高(七分之二),如果他們給錯,反應時千萬別太客氣,兇一點比較不會被當乞丐。 結論:白跑一趟,因為他的態度,剩下的藥不敢服用,誰知道藥是否乾淨與正確,直接丟垃圾桶。

服務態度極差,不知道在跩什麼跩,經常藥袋直接丟在桌上給客人,也不寫日期,也不寫名字,強烈建議可以去別家領藥!還有他賣的東西也不便宜!
