★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前普仁土地公為中心一帶，鍾氏家族為主，四週都是稻田沒任何建築，後來民國42年（1953）因為中原大學建校後，慢慢發展開來，至今現以中原大學為中心建設許多商業機能，熱鬧非凡
現在每個星期五晚上都有唱歌的社區活動，三大節日+清明節鍾氏家族成員都會回來祭拜！是一個小型家族祠堂。
