★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 櫃檯小姐很兇，只是說句請問，才說兩個字就很不耐煩一直叫我去門口排隊。
後來有一個業務員剛好出來，看到我在排隊，很客氣的問我辦什麼業務，還告訴我可以到旁邊辦公室直接辦不用等。跟櫃檯小姐態度差很多。
不知道櫃檯小姐在不高興什麼，根本還沒有問他事情就一直叫我在門口等，如果不是剛好遇到業務員出來，不知道要傻傻的等多久

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天打個電話問一下理賠的事，感覺他們就是拖拉戰術，不像其他的保險很正確的告知或是很有耐心的回答，跟中壢廠的專員講到，好像都是我們在急，我5/24送件，現在連一通的電話都沒有，我只是說大概多久沒有收到簡訊時 ，在打電話詢問，他竟然跟我說，他說的不準，難道我們急的問就是我們的錯，過了三個月也沒有收到簡訊，他又會說，你又沒有打電話來問，案件很多要問看看，精采的是要掛電話時，一句再見或是客套的話都沒有說，就直接掛斷，真的傻眼。(當中我有問說我同事比我早一個禮拜送件，當天傳簡訊說已受理，一個禮拜傳簡訊說，錢已匯進去了，他說不一樣不能這樣比，那請問不是同一家，也是親送，只是差在時間不一樣，他5/17送的，請問那裡這樣不能比，直接說，5/17爆量回歸，所以案件很多，所以不能跟5/17送件的人比，這樣我 就懂了，但又沒有說，氣死)
