剛打電話問防疫保單,問可以本資料寄哪裡,然後回說你想寄哪就寄哪,以後不會再保新安的了,態度太差了。

櫃檯小姐很兇,只是說句請問,才說兩個字就很不耐煩一直叫我去門口排隊。 後來有一個業務員剛好出來,看到我在排隊,很客氣的問我辦什麼業務,還告訴我可以到旁邊辦公室直接辦不用等。跟櫃檯小姐態度差很多。 不知道櫃檯小姐在不高興什麼,根本還沒有問他事情就一直叫我在門口等,如果不是剛好遇到業務員出來,不知道要傻傻的等多久

一到那邊酒精消毒就被說不要進來在外面,詢問怎麼下載操作,被嗆一句連3C產品都不會用?現在親自去問理賠還要被嗆,態度真的很差,中年戴眼鏡女的服務超差~~~

今天打個電話問一下理賠的事,感覺他們就是拖拉戰術,不像其他的保險很正確的告知或是很有耐心的回答,跟中壢廠的專員講到,好像都是我們在急,我5/24送件,現在連一通的電話都沒有,我只是說大概多久沒有收到簡訊時 ,在打電話詢問,他竟然跟我說,他說的不準,難道我們急的問就是我們的錯,過了三個月也沒有收到簡訊,他又會說,你又沒有打電話來問,案件很多要問看看,精采的是要掛電話時,一句再見或是客套的話都沒有說,就直接掛斷,真的傻眼。(當中我有問說我同事比我早一個禮拜送件,當天傳簡訊說已受理,一個禮拜傳簡訊說,錢已匯進去了,他說不一樣不能這樣比,那請問不是同一家,也是親送,只是差在時間不一樣,他5/17送的,請問那裡這樣不能比,直接說,5/17爆量回歸,所以案件很多,所以不能跟5/17送件的人比,這樣我 就懂了,但又沒有說,氣死)
