我因為車禍骨折開刀故前去申請理賠，結果沒發現到醫師診斷證明有註明需專人照護一個月，事後張先生主動打來告知我可以多申請一個月的看護費用，沒遇過這麼主動又好心的理賠專員，真的很感謝。
