建議貴所在粉絲專頁公告「掛號時間」(掛號電腦鎖起來的時間),不然在看診時間前去想現場排隊卻不能掛號,看診的人會一頭霧水,有公告的話,也可減少櫃檯人員向病患解釋的時間,另,櫃檯人員的服務態度真的…有待加強,口氣好一點地跟病患解釋,我們會感謝的。(曾經看過診的醫師人都很好,值得5顆星)

整體而言,感覺櫃檯護理人員非常官僚,牙醫這麼多真的不一定要選澄心。 1.電至澄心牙醫,電話端仍自動轉語音通知放年假中。覺得很奇怪website已顯示今日有門診了? 2.致診所發現其實當天有門診,欲致櫃檯現場掛號,櫃檯人員通知上午無已滿診牙醫,僅下午有,且只有兩位名額,只接受下午的現場掛號。櫃檯人員通知下午1:50開始,要早點來,滿額將無法掛號。 3.下午1:35即到診所,見幾位護理人員於門前準備開工拜拜,護理人員告知1:50開始,我也向護理人員解釋為什麼提早前來,希望一定要掛號成功,可否先在診所等一下。護理人員答覆⋯不行我們在拜拜…覺得很奇怪診所內無法讓客人等候嗎?還是拜拜有方位時程不能讓客人進診所等候? (我們等到1:50終於讓我們進診所掛號完畢等候同時,門外的拜拜還沒結束) 4.另外,我是下午診掛號的第一位,仍被櫃檯通知必須等1-2小時不等是否同意掛號. 我覺得很奇怪為什麼要等這麽久?雖然之後只等10分鐘左右。

兒子是固定找邱醫師看診的,想說兒童專科的醫師比較懂孩子的生長狀況,邱醫師也一直是很有耐心的照看兒子的牙齒,也幫我解答很多疑問,讓我很放心的渡過兒子乳牙、斷牙時期。 這天因為突然發現兒子的乳牙沒掉,恆齒卻爆出來了,這麼臨時的狀況下只能到現場等現場號了,等了將近2小時才終於輪到我們(星期一早上醫師比較少)? 原本怕不是兒童專科的醫師,會比較沒耐心一點(以前臨時掛號遇過一個),但拔掉乳牙比較重要,沒辦法挑,反正是快掉的乳牙,兒子是挺乖的,跟他溝通好之後是能勇敢的,不會哭鬧,那就將就吧! 沒想到這位醫師(抱歉我忘了詢問名字),很溫柔地哄兒子,時時照顧兒子的心情,還鼓勵兒子,真是太開心了,超棒的? 突然覺得感動,邱醫師若約不到可以約這位醫師,日後可以放心預約回診了☺️ (我確認醫師名字後補上) 覺得有點不足的是櫃檯的部分,比較冷漠一點,除了接待的部分,郵差來了喊掛號好幾次,櫃檯卻無動於衷,過了幾分鐘才悠悠地走出去收信? 有個老人來掛號遇到狀況也是不太有耐心說明,後來是換一個來跟老人家溝通好的。 這跟我之前幾次來看診的印象似乎不太一樣了。
