這一家早餐店在華勛社區也開很久了,應該也快30年了,現在只有賣上午時段,以前下午也會賣包子和饅頭,記得以前小時候下課時,老媽都會去買這一家的小籠包回家當孩子們的點心。從小吃到大,味道沒有什麼改變。這家店的包子饅頭外皮是屬於比較傳統的那種,就是比較扎實,吃了很容易飽的外皮,和現在街頭常看到的那種薄薄的湯包皮不一樣,在口中咀嚼久了會有自然的甜味。內餡也很簡單,就是蔥和肉,分量不會太多,總而言之,就像是傳統眷村老伯伯手做的那種口味。
