湯頭 跟永川牛肉麵味道很接近 但是較為濃香
麵條 普通扁狀白麵 希望有粗寬體麵或拉麵能換
牛肉塊 有4大塊牛腱肉 很入味有咬勁 也不會難咬 只是老婆吃完覺得段純真的肉塊還是比較愛
其他的酸菜辣椒跟麵都很搭 不錯
要我說缺點 就是價位漲了些 麵條太普通太大眾 想吃麵條口感的 應該不會想再來
牛肉麵本身就是高價位 加個10-20元換口感好點的麵 能接受的大有人在
