卡滋脆皮豬大份350元小份200元帶回家其實皮會軟不脆了要進烤箱回烤才會脆,烤過之後皮脆肉多汁帶點桂皮的香氣,不沾粉就鹹香好吃,豬皮用炸的炸到皮起泡,如果喜歡炸豬皮的會很愛,不過我個人比較喜歡港式的脆皮燒肉那種口感,這家店的缺點是要排很久1:30拿號碼牌(一張號碼買一份沒有限拿幾張牌,看當日老闆做幾份),拿了之後還要等到2:30才可以拿到脆皮豬,味道還不錯但是沒有讓人驚艷到千里迢迢地特地來買,不建議外地人特地來買,尤其是手機沒電在外面等到快瘋了!又不想特地再來一趟,還是留給本地人吃吧!
