肉類燙到微微的粉紅色剛剛好入口即化
老闆很老實親切，了解顧客的需求，給予最實在的幫助
牛奶蛤有女生的拳頭這麼大，打開來肉很飽滿Q彈
蛤蜊肉有外殼的九成大，沒有吃過這麼好吃的～

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 老闆忠厚老實，平常我都在這邊買牛奶貝煮湯，很新鮮、很嫩。我女兒非常喜歡，總是感覺買太少，不夠吃。這次好奇所以買了干貝來當年菜。原來S等級是大的，真是鮮美。（通常我買到的都是2S, 比這個稍微小一點的。）
