明明還沒辦法使用卻說已經用好了
打24小時服務電話詢問
人員卻說要花錢重新辦一次密碼變更
才辦沒幾天又要重頭開始
一次100元不貴
但就是過程中來來回回搞到自己還拖到房貸繳款
 The service staff didn't fix it and didn't explain clearly

The staff said they would spend money to change the password again
