★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 市場美食，類似廣式腸粉，皮薄餡多，點了鮮蚵加鮮蝦，鮮蚵大顆飽滿沒有腥味，蝦仁大又脆，萵苣菜清脆爽口，辣椒很夠辣，整體唯一小缺點就是醬油有點少，後面就是白腸粉軟嫩滋味跟嘴巴辣而已。稍稍可惜。
Market delicacies, similar to Cantonese rice rolls, with thin skins and lots of stuffing. I ordered fresh oysters and shrimps. The fresh oysters are large and full without any smell. The shrimps are big and crisp, the lettuce is crisp and refreshing, and the peppers are spicy enough. The soy sauce is a little bit less, followed by the soft and tender taste of white rice noodles and the spicy taste of the mouth. It's a pity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 特地一大早來嘗鮮, 5個人點了最膨派的2大盤, 三鮮跟牛肉蝦仁腸粉.
腸粉現蒸上頭料滿滿, 熱熱端來時再淋上一匙辣醬, 真的好順口, 果然咕溜咕溜停不了, 太好吃了.
I specially came early in the morning to try the fresh food. 5 people ordered the most puffed 2 large plates, three fresh and beef and shrimp rice noodles.
The rice noodles are now steamed and the toppings are full, and when the heat is served, they are topped with a spoonful of hot sauce. It is really smooth, and it is really delicious.
