★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 之前是去內用,因為疫情關係,這次只能外帶!本來還擔心帶回林口會不會軟軟的不好吃,雖然沒有現場吃這麼酥脆,但是還是一樣好吃!在現場吃的話可以聽到老闆用剪刀把脆皮肉圓剪開時發出那卡滋卡滋的聲音,聽起來真的很爽!
清蒸肉圓跟一般用米漿做的肉圓皮不一樣,他是用一般正常的肉圓用蒸的,等於是用同一種肉圓,一個用炸的、一個用蒸的,兩種吃法都好吃!
米糕口味也不錯,就算不沾醬也好吃!而貢丸湯是蘿蔔湯底,一碗有3顆貢丸,貢丸蠻大顆的,湯頭稍微清淡,不過自己再灑點胡椒就解決了!希望能趕快開放內用,我想聽到、吃到那卡滋卡滋的超酥脆外皮!

今天三點還沒半到店已經沒有炸肉圓了,真的是太搶手了,因為不想兩手空空的回家,只好怒買2顆清蒸肉圓回家,買回家半夜當宵夜吃依舊好吃,讚啦!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 居然在桃園也能吃到脆皮肉圓,吃肉圓我是屬於比較喜歡吃皮的,這個皮我覺得炸的很好吃,內餡覺得普通,唯一美中不足的是,大約11:30到店裡,還沒點餐店員就直接說12:30才能吃到,最後是12:15就出餐了,有比預計的還要早,但是真的等很久,推薦給時間充裕的人去吃

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 11點開店沒幾分鐘就很多人排隊,品項極簡,店內比較悶熱比較適合外帶,脆皮肉圓外層脆皮厚度較薄相較Q彈口感較多,豬肉內餡鮮甜、醬汁微甜,蒜泥新鮮不嗆整體協調,貢丸湯平平,米糕黏糯鹹味適中、豬肉爲少見的小肉片口感豐富!

等很久我卻只點一顆脆皮肉圓(一顆45元),吃一口最外面一層皮真的超級酥脆,裡面沒炸到的皮口感軟Q軟Q的,真的甩彰化肉圓好幾條街!
因為是南部人從小吃蒸肉圓,來彰化念書吃到油炸肉圓真的覺得皮又硬又油不知道有什麼好吃的?
這家店的肉圓才是真正的炸肉圓,用炸的皮就是要這麼酥脆才是王道,彰化肉圓是油泡肉圓,在排隊等待的過程看到老闆很用心地慢慢酥炸肉圓,滿手臂油炸的傷痕,真是令人敬佩的職人精神!
肉圓醬汁甜鹹適中、蒜泥新鮮夠味,自製辣椒醬也很美味,點單時老闆會仔細問要不要加蒜、加香菜或加辣,座位區的桌上是沒有放調味料,蒜泥不夠也可以再跟老闆再加,小缺點是肉圓餡是純肉餡沒加筍丁但是肉餡吃起來不肥味道新鮮,算是瑕不掩瑜,值得排隊來吃!
米糕跟貢丸湯是併桌的客人點的餐!因為已經去忠貞吃米干了就無法再吃其他的。

醬料鹹甜適中
貢丸湯真的很不行噎
沒有貢丸的香氣吃完牙齒跟舌頭會有澀澀的感覺
