★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這裡有些住戶對於小動物極其不友善，偏激的思考及言論令社區住戶反感。落實生命教育及正確的價值觀讓大家互助互信才是重要的，拼命抨擊他人並不會讓社區變更好。這是開放型社區，並非高檔封閉社區，若是可以更好大家不會不願意，而不是用指責和用石頭放毒藥的方式讓無辜生命喪生。人在做天在看不是不報時候未到。有養動物意願的人千萬不要搬來。

三不五時火災警報經常亂響，搞得老人小孩人心惶惶，根本沒辦法確認如何逃生，更何況這一年來也真的發生過大小火災，若連這種基本的安全警示都無法做好，住戶的生命安全真的沒有保障
