★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 很差勁 大約1週前還多久之前打電話叫材料 結果拖了一個禮拜還沒送來 還需要親自打電話催好幾次 昨天前天都說當天會送來結果又沒送來 一下又說昨天有送來了晚點問好再來電 也不知道送到哪一家去 結果也沒有打電話來 到底是在說謊還是根本沒有心要送來 也沒說任何原因拖慢了 最後我取消訂單小姐還好意思問為何取消？ 做生意是這麼做的嗎？ 我是不知道到底內部哪裡出了問題 以後絕不會叫這家的東西
Very bad. About 1 week ago, how long ago I called and asked for the materials but it was delayed for a week and I still need to call in person several times. Yesterday the day before yesterday, I said it would be delivered on the same day, but I didn’t send it. I said hello later, and I didn’t know which one to send to. I didn’t call. I didn’t even call. Was it lying or didn’t want to send it? I didn’t say any reason. Finally, I cancelled the order. The lady was embarrassed to ask why the cancellation? Is this the way to do business? I don’t know what went wrong inside, I will never call this thing in the future
