E	Elisa Chan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On behalf of my family, I would like to thank Joy (詹凯乔) and her team for helping us get through a very difficult time when my father passed away in July 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic. Because my sister, brother, and I have been living overseas since we were young, we were unfamiliar with the traditional customs of the local funeral process. Fortunately, Grace Funeral Services helped us take care of all needed items in different stages including video production of my father’s life, the soul leading ritual, the Seventh Day observance, funeral service, cremation, and interment. The funeral service was solemn and well organized. Joy helped coordinate flower arrangement orders from different countries. Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, several family members were not able to attend the funeral service in person. They recorded video clips, which were incorporated in the service program. The master of ceremony did a wonderful job in guiding us through the complicated sequences of the service. Joy was also very helpful in coordinating the interment service, which we had to delay till June 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. I highly recommend Grace Funeral Services especially if you do not live in Taiwan. They provide streamlined and professional services with reasonable pricing. People at Grace Funeral Services are caring, meticulous, and dependable. Again, I sincerely thank Joy and her team for their help, kindness, and services. Elisa Chan
