要不是只有五星 我會給六星好評
從大學開始吃到現在 完全不膩的好味道
即使現在人不在中原了
只要有經過中壢
肯定要下交流道給他吃個痛快
老闆人很親切 手腳也很迅速
排隊人潮很多 但他的美味是值得等待??

如果可以外帶較佳，內用排隊等有空位時才點餐，部分品項就沒了⋯（如水晶蛋）
·油飯、蟹肉羹：一般；可以吃（個人覺得油飯配上醬更好吃些。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這家油飯攤車，在中原夜市開業超過20年，好吃程度可見一斑，早年有段時間一直是個人晚餐選擇，口味是偏南部油飯口味，配上一碗蟹肉羹湯，在這寒冷大冬天，更是好吃不膩，溫暖入心！現在更有麵類選項，給人更多選擇。
早年有次閒聊後，才聊到老闆的叔叔是辦公室的老前輩，所以之後每次個人點套餐(油飯+蟹肉羹)，老闆勇伯都會額外加送一顆水晶蛋，真的被照顧到都不好意思了！不只餐點好吃，還有暖暖的人情味，讓人滿足+開心。只因評價只能5星，不然外加我的那顆心，都想給破表的六顆星了。

After a small chat in the early years, I only talked about the boss's uncle is an old senior in the office, so every time I ordered a set meal (oil rice + crab meat soup), the boss Yong Bo would give an extra crystal egg, and he was really taken care of. It's so embarrassing! Not only the food is delicious, but also the warm human touch, which makes people satisfied and happy. Just because the evaluation can only be 5 stars, otherwise, plus my heart, I want to give it six stars.

油飯不粘，粒粒分明，味道不錯，但對我來說偏鹹。
蟹肉羹味道很棒，很少喝到這種口味。
最讓我驚艷其實是炸醬麵，口味以及口感真的都剛剛好，推薦！
