★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 九佰鹽水雞是每次來中原夜市看到都是排隊的人潮。食材上很多樣，點餐方式是半隻雞100元、半隻煙燻雞110元和雞腿50元、雞胸肉50元，蔬菜內臟菇類等任選三樣50元七樣100元。對我們這種逛夜市卻什麼都想吃的人來說，又想在夜市吃到青菜，是多種選擇。
雞胸肉50元，還帶有骨的雞胸，有點柴有點可惜。加點了高麗菜、香菇和米血糕，帶有醬汁口味上是偏重的，會放蒜泥和筍片，小辣～對愛吃辣到不要不要，一把鼻涕一把眼淚超級辣，但是很過癮，哈哈!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 很好吃! 而且分量很足，小菜都放好放滿，筍片也放蠻多，食材都很新鮮。老闆人很好，我點到忘記總共點了幾樣的時候老闆還很耐心的幫我數一遍，人超好的，旁邊收錢的先生態度也很客氣，有機會一定會再來買!
看評論好像蠻多人都說態度不好，但實際去現場並沒有感受到耶，可能是老闆個性比較嚴肅? 但並沒有覺得態度不好喔!
