★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先前有人貼文說18是安靜的社區是好社區。真的?。這社區太常換主任（總幹事）,這意味什麽？大家去想想吧！社區內沒什麼美化。管理費也不算是便宜。近來還想要蓋基地台?。機車位不足，也是以不公平的方式被佔著，不給抽籤決定
。還有地下停車場，不給臨停造成住家如需修理東西非常困擾.........所以要住這社區的人要三思而後行啊！
