雖外觀漂亮及有許多公設，其實施工的工法及程序都本末倒置。整個工地建物都是坑坑洞洞，再用水泥磁磚補過，幾乎沒有一處是完整的。水電弱電網路的管路配線也是亂七八糟。
每坪售價高達30多萬，實茌不值。網路上的評價，似乎不錯。熟不知外行人是看不見工地裡實際的施工狀況。

This construction site is the worst I have come into contact with in my nearly 30-year career.

The buildings on the whole site are pits and holes, and then filled with cement tiles, almost no one is complete. The pipeline wiring of the weak electricity network is also messy.
The price per ping is as high as more than 300,000 yuan, which is really worthless. The evaluation on the Internet seems to be good. I do n’t know if the layman can see the actual construction status on the construction site.
